Our Mobile Butchering unit allows us to travel to you, saving you time and money and is equipped to process your beef, pig, and lamb.

Our Service Area:

Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Homedale, Wilder, Parma and surrounding areas of the Treasure Valley.

Butcher Kill Fees:

  • Beef STARTING at $150 for Boise, Meridian, Nampa
    • $160 for Middleton, Kuna, Eagle
    • $180 for Homedale
    • $200 for Mountain Home
    • Bulls are minimum charge of $200, price will go up depending on location
    • Emergency Kill, if you need cattle done ASAP, give us a call, and we can see how it fits into the schedule for the day, minimum charge is $300.

  • Pigs STARTING at $120

  • Lamb/Sheep STARTING at $120
All prices may be subject to change due to fuel prices and distance. Kill fees must be paid on site via check or cash directly to the butcher(s).

Cut & Wrapping Prices:


  • $0.90 per pound under 900lbs hanging weight
  • $1.05 per pound exceeding 900lbs hanging weight
  • $1.05 per pound ALL hamburger beef
  • $1.25 per pound for patties, minimum of 50lbs.

The final product will be in a cellophane cling-wrap and then wrapped over again in a tight paper wrap, and finally stamped.

Vacuum-Packed products are now available upon request for an additional $0.35 per pound. ALL hamburger beef comes in a plastic tubing.

Hamburger patties are available upon request with an additional cost of $0.40 (minimum 50lbs per batch)

Ground Hamburger


  • $1.15 per pound, with no curing and smoking (no hams or bacon)
  • $1.50 per pound, with curing (hams and bacon are cured and smoked)
